■　概要 ”Summary”

このイベントは日本の”niconico video"で開催されるAMV/MADコンテストです。
参加するAMVは、アニメ、マンガ、ノベル、ゲームを中心とした物である必要があります。

This event is the AMV/MAD contest held by AniPAL at "Japanese niconico video".
You must make AMV mainly on an animation, a comic, a novel and a game you participate.

あなたは、日本の「niconicoアカウント」を持っている必要があります。
あなたが持っているアカウントは「一般」と「プレミアム」どちらでも構いません。

■　大会日程 (日本時間で書かれています)

[投稿期間] 8月31日 (木) 0:00 ～ 9月30日 (土) 23:59
[Contribution period] 0:00 Thursday August 31 - 23:59 Saturday September 30

[投票期間] 10月1日 (日) 0:00 ～ 10月15日 (日) 23:59
[Voting period] 0:00 Sunday October 1 - 23:59 Sunday October 15

[結果発表] 10月28日 (土) 19:00 ～ 23:00 「ニコニコ生放送」内で放送予定。
[Result announcement] It's expected to broadcast at 19:00 - 23:00 Saturday October 28 on the "nicolive".


■　作品について ”About participation AMV”


1. 参加作品数は１～3本。動画の長さが合計で1～10分迄です。
　The number of participation AMV, 1-3. The length of AMV is until 1-10 minutes in total.

(例１) 7分と3分の作品2本
(例２) 3分の作品3本
合作「MEP」でも御参加頂けます。

(example 1) 2 productions; the one is 3 minutes movie and the other is 7 minutes movie.
(example 2) 3 procutions; all of productions are 3 minutes.
You can participate in this event as Multi Editor Production (MEP).


2. 未発表のAMV作品のみ参加できます。
　Only an unpublished AMV work can participate.

3. 使用曲は基本的に自由です。
　The song is basically free.

4. 映像素材は、アニメーション、イラスト、ＣＧなど。複合「various」での参加も可能です。
　The source of AMV must be used with(in) cartoon films, illustrations, and/or computer graphics."various" The collaboration of these materials is OK.


【 禁止事項 】Prohibition

・実在の人物の映像は禁止されています。特撮系のジャンルのみOKです。
　The pictures showing a personal are prohibited. "tokusatsu" "kaiju monster" "superhero" is OK.

・イラストであっても過度な性的描写、過度な暴力描写は禁止。
　An excessive sexual portrayal and an excessive violent portrayal prohibit an illustration.

・実在の人物、事件、宗教、政治信条などを、拡散する様なAMVも禁止です。
　Intention to spread real person, matter, religion, political policy using AMV are prohibited.

イベントスタッフによって、ルールに反していると判断された場合、自動的に「支援作品」として扱われ、投票からは外されます。御了承下さい。
　If event staff regards your AMV as illegal or against a rule, your AMV is automatically assigned as “support work” and removed from voting.



■　アップロードについて ”About upload”


「ニコニコ動画」にアップロードしたAMVには、必ず大会名「AniPAFE2017」のタグを付け、かつロックして下さい。必要事項はこれだけです。

Please be sure to put and lock a tag with a meet name "AniPAFE2017" in AMV uploaded in "niconico video". Requirements are only this.

投稿フォームの時点でタグを付ければ、自動的にタグロックされます。
投稿後でも、投稿者なら登録タグの編集を行うと、タグの右横に「鍵のマーク」が出ます。それでロックして下さい。

When tagging as of the contribution form, a tag is locked automatically.
When a contributor edits a registration tag after contribution, "mark of a key" goes out to to the right of a tag. Please lock it with that.

あなたが”niconico”のアカウントを取れなかったり、AMVがアップロード出来ない時には、イベントスタッフにAMVを渡して下さい。代理でアップロード致します。
AMVは「MP4」で「1.5GB以内」にエンコードして下さい。
AMVは「Skype」で渡して下さい。Zip形式などに圧縮せずチャット画面に直接置いて下さい。
AMVを送る時に、「作者名」と「作品名」、「動画説明文」も添付して下さい。どれも文字数制限がありますので、簡潔に御願いします。「サムネイル」はランダムになります。

If you can't get an account of "niconico" and your AMV can't be uploaded, when you'd hand AMV to event staff. We will upload it in place of you.
The AMV must be encoded in "within 1.5GB" with "MP4(h.264/AAC)".
Please hand your AMV to staff by "Skype". Please don't compress AMV into the ZIP format and put it to the chat screen directly.
At the same time you hand your AMV, please attach "author name", "video name" and "AMV explanation". All of them subject to the number of characters restrictions, so please write it concisely.
"Thumbnail" it will be chosen at random.

■　投票について "About voting"


投票する時には、必ず「ニコニコ動画」の「アカウント名(ニックネーム)」と、「ユーザーページのURL(プロフィールURL)」を記載して下さい。

When you vote, please be sure to mention your "account name (nickname)" and "URL of your user page (profile URL)" at “niconico video”.

複数アカウントによる投票や、組織票は禁止です。
イベントスタッフが、複数アカウントによる投票や組織票だと判断した場合は、投票は無効になります。

Voting by more than one accounts and organized votes are prohibited.
When the event staff judges illegal voting, multi-account voting or organized voting , voting will become invalid.
