このイベントは日本の”niconico video"で開催されるAMV/MADコンテストです。
参加するAMVは、アニメ、マンガ、ノベル、ゲーム、ドラマを中心とした物である必要があります。

This event is the AMV/MAD contest held by AniPAL at Japanese "niconico video".
You must make AMV mainly on an animation, a comic, a novel, a game and a drama, if you participate in the event.

あなたは、日本の「niconicoアカウント」を持っている必要があります。
あなたが持っているアカウントは「一般」と「プレミアム」どちらでも構いません。

[Contribution period] 0:00 (Tuesday) August 31 - 23:59 (Thursday) September 30

[投票期間] 10月1日 (金) 0:00 ～ 10月14日 (木) 23:59
[Voting period] 0:00 (Friday) October 1 - 23:59 (Thursday) October 14

[結果発表] 10月23日 (土) 14:00 ～ 17:00 ＆ 20:00 ～ 24:00 「ニコニコ生放送」内で放送予定。
[Result disclosure] We are going to broadcast the result at 14:00 - 17:00, 20:00 - 24:00 (Saturday) October 23 on the "nicolive".

■　作品について ”About participation AMV”

1. 参加作品数は１人～1本。動画の長さが1～10分です。
　The number of participation AMV, 1 person - 1 AMV. The length of AMV is 1-10 minutes.

合作「MEP」でなら、もう1本御参加頂けます。
You can participate in another one with the Multi Editor Production (MEP).

2. 未発表のAMV作品のみ参加できます。
　Only an unrelease AMV work can participate.

3. 使用曲は基本的に自由です。
　The song is basically free.

4. 映像素材は、アニメーション、イラスト、ＣＧ、実写のドラマなど。複合「various」での参加も可能です。
　The source of AMV must be used with(in) cartoon films, illustrations, computer graphics, and/or actual drama."Various" the collaboration of these materials is OK.

【 禁止事項 】Prohibition

・イラストであっても過度な性的描写、過度な暴力描写は禁止。
　An excessive sexual portrayal and an excessive violent portrayal are prohibited, even though it was an illustration.

・実在の人物、事件、宗教、政治信条などを、拡散する様なAMVも禁止です。
　Intention to spread real person, matter, religion, political policy using AMV are prohibited.

イベントスタッフによって、ルールに反していると判断された場合、自動的に「支援作品」として扱われ、投票からは外されます。御了承下さい。
　If event staff regards your AMV as illegal or against a rule, your AMV is automatically assigned as “support work” and removed from voting.


■　アップロードについて ”About upload”

「ニコニコ動画」にアップロードしたAMVには、必ず大会名「AniPAFE2021」のタグを付け、かつロックして下さい。必要事項はこれだけです。

Please be sure to input a tag "AniPAFE2021" and lock the tag in AMV uploaded in "niconico video". Requirements is only this.

投稿フォームの時点でタグを付ければ、自動的にタグロックされます。
投稿後でも、投稿者なら登録タグの編集を行うと、タグの右横に「鍵のマーク」が出ます。それでロックして下さい。

When you tag your AMV with "AniPAFE2021" at uploading form, the tag is automatically locked.
if you forgot tagging, the AMV uploader can edit registration tag after uploading it. The right side of tags "key mark" will apperar. Please click it, then input "AniPAFE2021" tag and lock it.

あなたが”niconico”のアカウントを取れなかったり、AMVがアップロード出来ない時には、イベントスタッフにAMVを渡して下さい。代理でアップロード致します。
AMVは「MP4」で「300MB以内」にエンコードして下さい。
AMVは「Skype」もしくは「E-Mail」で渡して下さい。Zip形式などに圧縮せずチャット画面に直接置いて下さい。
AMVを送る時に、「作者名」と「作品名」、「動画説明文」も添付して下さい。どれも文字数制限がありますので、簡潔に御願いします。「サムネイル」はランダムになります。

If you can not get an account of "niconico" or your AMV can not be uploaded, you would hand AMV to event staff. We will upload it in place of you.
The AMV must be encoded in "within 300MB" with "MP4(h.264/AAC)".
Please hand your AMV to staff via "Skype"or”E-Mail”. Please don not compress AMV into the ZIP format, then put it to the chat screen directly.
At the same time, please attach "author name", "video name" and "AMV explanation". All of them subject to the number of characters restrictions, so please write it concisely.
"Thumbnail" will be chosen at random.

■　投票について "About voting"

投票する時には、必ず「ニコニコ動画」の「アカウント名(ニックネーム)」と、「ユーザーページのURL(プロフィールURL)」を記載して下さい。

When you vote, please be sure to mention your "account name (nickname)" and "URL of your user page (profile URL)" at “niconico video”.

複数アカウントによる投票や、組織票は禁止です。
イベントスタッフが、複数アカウントによる投票や組織票だと判断した場合は、投票は無効になります。

Voting by more than one accounts and organized votes are prohibited.
When the event staff judges illegal voting, multi-account voting or organized voting , voting will become invalid.
